ZoomInfo is hiring a Senior GTM Development Representative in an in-office role with a minimum three days per week on-site in WA, MD, or MA. You will partner with top Enterprise Account Executives to engage senior executives at large organizations, building a robust pipeline and driving outbound opportunities.

You will educate prospects on ZoomInfo solutions, articulate business impact, and maintain a high volume of outbound activity daily.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience targeting Enterprise-level organizations with ability to prospect and engage senior decision-makers.
• Proven ability to communicate concisely and persuasively to senior executives across departments.
• Ability to assess needs, tailor outreach, and uncover high-probability opportunities.
• Experience building and executing a structured prospecting plan to drive results.
• Interest in market trends and customer pain points to improve outreach effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Partner with top Enterprise Account Executives to engage senior executives and build a robust pipeline.
• Develop and execute a strategic outbound plan focusing on new and underpenetrated accounts.
• Educate prospects on ZoomInfo solutions and value across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Demonstrate business impact and align conversations to customer challenges.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and generate high outbound activity.
