Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive on the Enterprise Grocery Partnerships team to own relationships with the largest grocery chains in North America. You will lead new partnerships and expand existing ones from initial pitch to signed deals, designing complex commercial terms and shaping scalable GTM playbooks across multiple products.

This role requires credibility with C-suite stakeholders, a track record of closing large deals, and an entrepreneurial mindset to build

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise partnerships, sales, business development, go-to-market or strategy & operations.
• Proven track record of closing large, complex deals with C-suite stakeholders.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and build partnerships from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own and expand partnerships with top enterprise grocers across North America.
• Lead complex, multi-product negotiations including renewals and expansions.
• Shape go-to-market strategies and turn them into repeatable playbooks for the team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with account teams, product, operations, legal and finance to deliver partner roadmaps.
