Job summary

Glacier Bancorp, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Fraud Manager to provide strategic leadership for the bank’s enterprise-wide fraud management program.

You will design and implement fraud prevention, detection, monitoring, response, governance, technology, and reporting strategies to protect the organization and customers from losses. The role oversees the Fraud Manager and drives strategic initiatives, objectives, and performance metrics across nine-state regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Business, Accounting, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in fraud investigations, fraud operations, financial crimes or banking risk.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience, including team management, staff development, or operational oversight.
• CAMS or CFE certification preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of fraud typologies, investigative practices, payment risk, and complex fraud trends in a financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for strategic fraud program development, organizational design, and investigative capability maturity.
• Provide leadership to the Fraud Manager and investigations function, including coaching and staff development.
• Lead major fraud events, sensitive customer matters, and complex loss situations with timely, thorough handling.
