Job summary

Glacier Bancorp is seeking an Enterprise Fraud Manager to lead the strategic design, governance, and enhancement of the bank’s enterprise fraud program across multiple regions. You will guide fraud prevention, detection, monitoring, and reporting while shaping policy and training to elevate investigative capability.

You will oversee the Fraud Manager and teams, set objectives and metrics, collaborate with AML/CFT, Risk, Compliance, and Operations, and ensure timely handling of high-impact fraud

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in fraud investigations, fraud operations, financial crimes or banking risk.
• 3 years of leadership experience, including team management, staff development, or operational oversight.
• Advanced knowledge of fraud typologies, investigative practices, payment risk, and complex fraud trends affecting multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for strategic fraud program development, organizational design, and investigative capability maturity.
• Provide leadership and oversight to the Fraud Manager and the Bank's fraud investigations function, including staff development and performance management.
• Lead major fraud events, sensitive customer matters, and high-impact investigations with standardized procedures and escalation.
• Partner with fraud prevention leadership and AML/CFT for appropriate case handoffs and reporting to law enforcement as needed.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Ops, Customer Care, Security, and other units to support case resolution and control effectiveness.
• Manage audits and examinations, interfacing with internal auditors and examiners in a timely manner.
• Monitor fraud trends, losses, and root-cause themes to drive improvements to processes and controls.
