Alterra Mountain Company in Denver is seeking a Senior Analyst, Enterprise FP&A, to own budgeting, forecasting and the 5-year planning cycle, delivering analytics to inform executive, board, and investor materials.

The role collaborates with senior leadership to drive enterprise performance, capex prioritization, and strategic initiatives, operating in a hybrid Denver environment with a strong reporting focus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate development, private equity, or investment banking.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and executive presence skills.
• Strong analytical ability to synthesize data and present insights effectively.
• Experience collaborating with senior leadership in cross-functional settings.
• Curiosity and focus on creating shareholder value.

Responsibilities

• Lead investor relations – debt & equity.
• Prepare material for quarterly earnings calls and external stakeholder engagement.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly reporting to equity investors and the board.
• Own the 5-year long-range plan modeling for capex and strategy.
• Support enterprise budget processes with key analyses.
• Drive consolidation, variance analysis, and risk/opportunity insights.
• Provide benchmarking and industry analysis to inform strategy.
• Identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities.
