Sierra Space is seeking an FP&A Analyst I to join our team in Centennial/Louisville, CO. You will support financial planning, reporting, and performance metrics across the company, partnering with the CFO and business operations to add value and drive performance.

You will build budgets, forecasts and long-range plans, translating data into insights for strategic decision-making and maintaining governance across finance functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related work experience.
• 1+ years of related experience in finance or analytics.
• Advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
• Experience extracting data from multiple sources and reporting findings.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets, forecasts and long-range financial plans.
• Provide analytics and reporting to CFO and cross-functional teams.
