Job summary
Aurora is seeking a Corporate FP&A Senior Analyst to drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. You will partner with functional leaders to manage Opex, Capex, and headcount, delivering insights for executive leadership and the Board.
You will also shape KPIs, enhance governance, and support Board materials with strong financial storytelling. The role requires advanced financial modeling, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on FP&A software experience in a fast-growing
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Corporate FP&A, strategic finance, or related fields.
- Degree in Finance or related quantitative area.
- Strong budgeting, 3-statement modeling, and consolidation knowledge.
- Proven partner to cross-functional executives and budgeting teams.
- Ability to translate operational detail into executive narratives.
Responsibilities
- Drive company-wide budget, forecasts, and long-range planning.
- Partner with department leaders on Opex, Capex, and headcount drivers.
- Produce variance analysis, trend reports for monthly/ quarterly close.
- Support quarterly Board presentations and earnings materials.
- Develop KPIs and improve financial governance and processes.
- Present performance and capital allocation recommendations to leadership.
- Review SOPs and implement scalable FP&A practices.
- Advance system automation and data integrity across platforms.
