Job summary

This role requires 5+ years in FP&A or related finance, strong 3-statement modeling, and experience with Pigment/NetSuite, with a proven ability to translate operational details into executive narratives. The COE fosters cross-functional impact and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Corporate FP&A or related finance roles with quarterly reporting.
• Degree in Finance or related quantitative field.
• Strong budgeting, 3-statement modeling, variance analysis, and consolidation experience.
• Proven track record partnering with cross-functional executives to manage budgets.
• Ability to translate operational details into clear executive narratives.
• Hands-on experience with Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive and ERP systems like NetSuite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with experience presenting to executives.
• Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail and ability to drive best practices across a COE.

Responsibilities

• Drive the consolidated company-wide annual budget, quarterly re-forecasts, and long-range financial planning across corporate and operating functions.
• Partner with department leaders to build and optimize Opex, Capex, and Headcount drivers.
• Prepare variance analyses, trend reports, and executive insight packages for monthly/quarterly close.
• Support quarterly Board presentations and earnings materials.
• Establish and monitor company-wide FP&A KPIs to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Present performance and capital allocation recommendations to Finance and leadership.
• Review FP&A SOPs and budgeting workflows to improve governance and scalability.
• Drive system integration and data integrity across planning platforms (e.g., Pigment) and ERP systems (NetSuite).
• As a COE member, flex across multiple high-impact finance workstreams.
