Aurora Innovation Inc. is seeking a Corporate FP&A Senior Analyst to join the Finance COE. You will drive budgets, reforecasts, and 3-statement modeling, partnering with executives on capital allocation and board-ready reporting.

In this high‑impact role you will deliver variance analysis, KPI tracking, and executive decks, while advancing system automation across Pigment and NetSuite in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Corporate FP&A, strategic finance or investment banking at a public or high-growth company.
• Degree in Finance or related quantitative field.
• Strong budgeting, 3-statement modeling, variance analysis and consolidation knowledge.
• Proven ability to partner with executive stakeholders on budgets and planning.
• Experience with modern FP&A software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive the company-wide annual budget, quarterly reforecasts, and long-range planning.
• Partner with department leaders on opex, capex, and headcount drivers.
• Prepare variance analyses, trend reports, and executive insight packages.
• Support quarterly Board presentations and earnings materials.
• Establish and refine corporate KPIs to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Present performance and capital allocation recommendations to leadership.
• Review FP&A SOPs and budgeting systems for scalability.
• Drive system automation and data integrity across planning platforms and ERP.
