Aurora is seeking a Corporate FP&A Senior Analyst to support company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will partner with senior leaders to build budgets, manage capital allocation, and deliver strategic analyses for executive decision-making.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Corporate FP&A or related finance roles, strong skills in 3-statement modeling, ERP systems, and modern FP&A tools, plus excellent communication for board-level presentations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Corporate FP&A, Strategic Finance, or related finance at a high-growth company.
• Degree in Finance or related quantitative field.
• Strong budgeting, 3-statement modeling, variance analysis, and consolidation knowledge.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional executives to lead budgets and planning workflows.
• Proven ability to translate operations into clear financial narratives for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive the consolidated company-wide budget, quarterly re-forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Partner with department leaders to optimize Opex, Capex, and Headcount drivers.
• Prepare variance analyses, trend reports, and executive insight packages.
• Support quarterly Board presentations and earnings materials.
• Establish and monitor corporate KPIs to improve efficiency and leverage.
• Present financial performance and capital allocation recommendations to leadership.
• Review FP&A SOPs and budgeting systems for scalable practices.
• Drive automation and data integrity across FP&A platforms and ERP.
