Job summary

Planned is seeking a Senior Event Manager to own end-to-end delivery of corporate events for enterprise clients, including large-scale programs. You will manage briefs, budgets, venues, and vendors, while mitigating risk and maintaining Planned's margin.

The role is remote within the United States, requiring leadership in fast-paced environments and comfort with AI to streamline day-to-day tasks. You will collaborate cross-functionally to improve event playbooks and templates used by the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of managing corporate or enterprise events end to end.
• Experience with programs of 100+ attendees and six-figure budgets.
• Proven venue and vendor negotiation experience.
• Strong budget tradeoffs between client experience and margin.
• Ability to manage a high volume of complex events under pressure.
• Comfort with AI tools to streamline event delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own a high volume of client events from intake to post-event reconciliation.
• Translate briefs into clear scopes, budgets, and vendor plans.
• Source and negotiate venues, AV, room blocks, and catering.
• Anticipate risks and resolve issues before they affect the client.
• Bridge client experience and product, surfacing feedback for playbooks.
