The role partners with executive leadership, corporate communications, and business lines to deliver world‑class meetings, both in person and virtually.

The position requires meticulous attention to detail, experience with C‑suite audiences, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, event management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate events or internal communications‑led planning.
• Proficiency with virtual event platforms (MS Teams, WebEx, Zoom).
• Experience managing high‑profile events for C‑suite and senior leadership audiences.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of internal executive‑level events.
• Plan and execute virtual and hybrid events, including webinars and meetings.
• Schedule and run cross‑functional planning meetings and provide logistical support.
• Manage registration, invitations, and reporting.
• Oversee venue selection, AV, food & beverage, transportation, and on‑site execution.
• Monitor event performance and provide post‑event analysis and reports.
• Manage budgets, invoices, and budget reconciliation.
• Ensure adherence to procurement, legal, and compliance guidelines.
• Monitor Corporate Events mailbox and respond to inquiries.
