Job summary

HNTB is seeking a senior engineering technology leader to own select engineering technologies across the enterprise, guiding the technology lifecycle, strategy, and adoption to improve project delivery.

You will work with vendors and internal teams, develop standards, training, and knowledge transfer, and influence technology decisions that shape transportation projects across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT with 16+ years using engineering technologies.
• 22+ years of experience in lieu of degree for transportation projects.
• Experience leading technology lifecycles and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering technology lifecycle from evaluation to deployment.
• Set standards, workflows, training, and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to drive adoption.
• Coordinate with teams to implement technology improvements.
