HNTB seeks a senior engineering technology leader to own select engineering technologies across the enterprise. The role drives lifecycle governance, deployment, and continuous improvement while guiding workflows, standards, and training for consistent delivery.

The position requires deep technical expertise, vendor collaboration, and strategic influence to enhance project outcomes across multiple offices. Some locations may require on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT with 16+ years of experience using engineering technologies to deliver transportation projects
• Alternative: 22+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree

Responsibilities

• Acts as the engineering technology owner for select technologies across the lifecycle
• Spearheads evaluation, deployment, and governance of engineering tech
• Leads knowledge transfer, training, and standards development
• Coordinates with vendors and internal teams to implement technology solutions
