Job summary

HNTB is seeking a senior engineering technology leader to own select engineering technologies across the enterprise. You will guide lifecycle evaluation, deployment, support, governance, and continuous improvement while shaping workflows, standards, and training.

You will collaborate with vendor partners and internal teams to drive adoption, manage risk, and influence technology strategy across projects, disciplines, and offices. Based at a major HNTB location or remote within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental), 16+ years of experience with engineering technologies.
• In lieu of degree, 22+ years of experience using engineering technologies to develop or support transportation projects.

Responsibilities

• Acts as enterprise engineering technology owner for select technologies across the lifecycle.
• Leads vendor relations and internal stakeholder engagement to improve workflows and adoption.
• Develops, documents, and maintains technical workflows, standards, guidance, and training.
• Provides guidance and support to practitioners, resolving issues and improving technology reliability.
• Champions coordination with vendors to influence roadmaps and service strategies.
