Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 16+ years of experience using engineering technologies to develop or support transportation projects.
• In lieu of degree, 22+ years of experience using engineering technologies to develop or support transportation projects.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the engineering technology owner for select engineering technology throughout the lifecycle; evaluates hardware, software and cloud solutions; coordinates deployment changes with internal teams.
• Leads discussions with practitioners, project teams and stakeholders to support adoption of engineering technologies and improve workflows, standards, and training.
• Develops and maintains technical workflows, standards, guidance, and training; creates technical documentation and learning materials; coordinates knowledge transfer and drives organizational change.
