Job summary

HNTB is seeking a senior engineering technology leader to act as the enterprise owner for select engineering technologies. You will oversee the technology lifecycle from evaluation to deployment, governance, and continuous improvement, influencing technology strategy and project outcomes.

You will develop workflows, standards, training, and support practices, and provide mentorship and classroom or virtual instruction to practitioners across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 16+ years of experience in engineering technologies for transportation projects.
• In lieu of degree, 22+ years of experience using engineering technologies for transportation projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior technology owner for engineering technologies across the enterprise.
• Lead evaluation, deployment, and governance of hardware, software, and cloud solutions.
• Guide workflows, standards, training, and support practices for project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer through training and documentation.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and cross-team collaboration to improve adoption.
