Job summary

HNTB seeks a senior engineering technology owner to lead select technologies through the full lifecycle. You will guide governance, deployment, and training while engaging stakeholders to improve project delivery.

You’ll develop workflows, standards, and knowledge resources, and mentor teams across disciplines. This role involves coordinating with vendors and enterprise stakeholders to advance technology strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT with 16+ years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of degree, 22+ years of experience using engineering technologies.
• Experience leading technology strategy and governance across programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as engineering technology owner for select technologies across lifecycle.
• Lead discussions with stakeholders to improve workflows, standards, and training.
• Develop and maintain technical workflows, guidance, and learning materials.
• Provide guidance and support from project initiation to delivery lifecycle.
