Qualifications

10+ years in software delivery, CI/CD, or DevOps engineering.
8+ years designing enterprise‑scale CI/CD/release pipelines.
5+ years with policy‑as‑code, security verification gates, or compliance automation.
3+ years with Azure DevOps or GitHub Enterprise (orchestration/work‑item management).

Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of a verifier‑gated agentic software delivery platform.
Architect and guide multi‑team CI/CD and release pipelines at enterprise scale.
Embed policy‑as‑code and security verification gates across delivery pipelines.
Mentor teams and drive adoption of AI‑accelerated workflows and governance controls.
