Job summary

Wipro Limited seeks an Enterprise DevOps / DevSecOps Architect to strategize, design, and deliver transformation roadmaps enabling DevOps adoption at scale. You will define reference architectures and operating models, mentor teams, and guide CXOs on adoption plans while shaping large multi-product platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in DevOps and DevSecOps transformation for enterprises.
• Ability to design reference architectures and operating models for DevOps.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement with CXOs.
• Experience delivering CI/CD pipelines and tooling across multiple domains.

Responsibilities

• Enable DevOps / DevSecOps transformation for customers. Engage with the CXOs to define adoption plan and business case.
• Design DevOps reference architecture and blueprints for continuous integration, delivery, and testing across products/technologies.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on DevOps adoption across teams and domains.
• Advise product leadership on transforming engineering and automation requirements into DevOps solutions.
• Conduct maturity assessments to improve engineering excellence.
• Implement and maintain DevOps toolchains for centralized and federated environments.
• Coach teams on new Ways of Working and conduct training workshops.
• Anchor DevOps solutions for large RFPs and opportunity shaping.
