Job summary

HushOne, Inc. seeks a hands-on infrastructure and customer engineering professional to design customer-controlled deployments, identity integration, network access and lifecycle operations.

You will work with IT and integration partners to divide responsibilities and preserve one authoritative policy domain per person. In the first 90 days, deliver a reproducible pilot deployment, an operations guide and evidence that it meets the agreed acceptance criteria, while feeding deployment reality back

Qualifications

• Hands-on infrastructure and customer engineering experience.
• Explain technical tradeoffs clearly to administrators and end users.
• Deployed into an environment with its own security review and survived it.

Responsibilities

• Plan a deployment where the customer requires its own compute and identity provider but wants managed software updates.
• Deliver a reproducible pilot deployment, operations guide and evidence that it meets the agreed acceptance criteria within 90 days.
• Explain tradeoffs clearly to both administrators and customers while embedding deployment reality into the product.
