Job summary

Hightouch is seeking a Deployment Architect to own the deployment and enablement lifecycle for customers. You will coordinate with account and product teams to translate requirements into actionable implementation plans and ensure seamless integration of Hightouch into customers' data infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in technical implementation, solutions architecture, or similar roles with enterprise software.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in data integration, APIs, and enterprise architecture.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical implementations while maintaining clear communication with a variety of stakeholders.
• Experience creating and optimizing implementation processes that can scale across an organization.
• Excellence in technical project management with ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with ability to communicate to both technical and business audiences.
• Experience working with data warehouses or ETL processes and marketing technology is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field

Responsibilities

• Drive the onboarding process for customers, coordinating with the Account team to align technical execution with success objectives.
• Design deployment frameworks scalable across segments while meeting enterprise requirements.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and implementation workshops with data engineering and business stakeholders.
• Create and maintain deployment documentation including integration specs, data models, and best practices.
• Develop and execute implementation plans to minimize time-to-value while delivering robust solutions.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to identify and resolve blockers impacting success.
• Build relationships with technical stakeholders within customer organizations.
• Contribute feedback to engineering to improve product development.
• Standardize and automate deployment processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
