Job summary

Hightouch seeks a Deployment Architect to own the full deployment and enablement lifecycle for customers. You will serve as the primary contact during deployment, translating requirements into actionable plans and ensuring seamless integration with customers' data infrastructure.

You will drive onboarding, design scalable deployment frameworks, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve blockers while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across data teams and business units.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in technical implementation, solutions architecture, or similar roles with enterprise software.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in data integration, APIs, and enterprise architecture.
• Proven track record of managing complex technical implementations with clear communication to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to tackle ambiguous customer problems and craft creative implementation paths.
• Experience creating scalable deployment processes across an organization.
• Excellence in technical project management handling multiple implementations.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for technical and business audiences.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive the onboarding process with the Account team to align technical execution with customer success goals.
• Design and optimize deployment frameworks that scale across customer segments and meet enterprise needs.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and workshops with customer data engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain detailed deployment documentation including integration specs and data models.
• Develop and execute implementation plans that minimize time-to-value while ensuring robust solutions.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify and resolve blockers impacting customer success.
• Build relationships with technical stakeholders within customer organizations.
• Provide feedback to the engineering team to influence product development.
• Standardize and automate deployment processes to boost efficiency and satisfaction.
