Job summary

Molaprise is seeking a hands-on Senior Infrastructure Solutions Architect & Deployment Lead to design, implement, and support enterprise infrastructure solutions for government and public-sector clients. This role owns the complete lifecycle—from discovery and architecture through installation, configuration, migration, testing, client acceptance, and post-deployment support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

Lead infrastructure projects from requirements gathering through implementation and handoff.
Translate business requirements into secure, scalable infrastructure solutions.
Design and implement HPE server, storage, networking, and GreenLake solutions.
Install and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and wireless access points.
Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file services, and print services.
Design and support Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, hybrid identity, and Google Workspace environments.
Deploy and troubleshoot virtualization infrastructure and integrate with compute, storage, networking, backup, monitoring, and security.
Conduct site surveys, rack-and-stack, cabling, and deployment readiness.
Develop BOMs, scopes of work, implementation plans, and as-built documentation.
Lead engineers, technicians, vendors, and client teams during deployments.
Identify and resolve technical risks and integration challenges.
Provide post-deployment stabilization and client workshops/knowledge transfer.
