Job summary

Hightouch is hiring for a senior technical deployment leader to own end-to-end migrations for enterprise Email/SMS customers. You will translate requirements into scalable messaging architectures and drive cross-functional implementations from discovery through launch.

Strong PM and stakeholder management are essential. This remote-first role offers equity and broad visibility across the organization with a location-independent policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in technical implementation or solutions architecture.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment and migration for enterprise Email/SMS customers from discovery to launch.
• Lead workshops translating requirements into scalable messaging architecture.
• Develop migration plans to manage dependencies and accelerate value.
• Drive implementation with cross-functional teams and ensure readiness.
• Build repeatable frameworks and best practices for scalable deployments.
