Job summary

First Due is seeking an Enterprise Implementation Manager to own end-to-end delivery of large, multi-site implementations for US fire and EMS agencies. You will lead a delivery team, manage program plans, risk, and scope, and ensure on-time go-lives with strong customer relationships.

In this fully remote role, you will apply formal project management, leverage AI tools to streamline delivery, and coordinate stakeholders across technology, operations, and leadership. 25% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of customer-facing implementation or program management in SaaS.
• Strong public safety industry knowledge and multi-department coordination.
• Formal project management discipline with baselined schedules and risk tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of an assigned portfolio of Enterprise programs from sales to go-live.
• Develop and maintain program plans with critical paths and dependencies.
• Lead conferences with executive sponsors and multi-department teams.
• Apply AI-assisted analysis to prepare and accelerate deployments.
