Job summary

Lexipol seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead large, complex SaaS implementations with integrations into agency solutions. You will guide customers through successful deployment, governance, and organizational adoption, coordinating with product, engineering, professional services, and partners.

The role targets high-visibility programs in the public safety sector. You will work with executive sponsors and stakeholders to define objectives, manage data migration, and ensure a smooth

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years leading complex enterprise software implementation projects.
• Government/public sector technology implementations demonstrated.
• Experience with large external customer facing systems (>3000 users).
• Strong business analysis including requirements elicitation and SDLC documentation.
• Experience with phased enterprise SaaS implementations.
• Experience coordinating system integrations and data migration.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise SaaS implementation programs from initiation to post-production stabilization.
• Serve as primary contact to executive sponsors and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources across Lexipol, clients, and vendors.
• Develop project management plans covering scope, schedule, budget, risks, and governance.
• Facilitate executive steering committees and governance meetings.
