Job summary

Fivetran in the United States is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead the evaluation, implementation, and adoption of dbt for our largest enterprise customers. You will own the full customer lifecycle, guiding POCs and trials, and collaborate with partners like Snowflake, AWS, and Databricks.

In this role, you will design enterprise-grade data pipelines with dbt Cloud, translate requirements into concrete solutions, and work with engineering to deploy dbt Cloud in private clouds for enterprise

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales engineering, solutions architecture, or consulting in data operations, analytics, or BI.
• Strong SQL, ETL, and data modeling expertise.
• Ability to discuss modern data warehousing architectures with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience translating requirements into concrete solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-grade data pipelines with dbt Cloud.
• Partner with sales to communicate technical value of dbt Labs products.
• Guide customers through POC implementations and trials of dbt Cloud.
• Collaborate with engineering to deploy dbt Cloud in private clouds for enterprises.
• Own the full customer lifecycle from pre-sale to product adoption and expansion.
• Help build and maintain the dbt Cloud enterprise roadmap.
• Foster relationships with partners (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Databricks) and enable adoption.
• Be an active member of the dbt community.
