Jobot is seeking an experienced architecture leader in Texas to drive enterprise-wide transformation and shape the future of modern retail technology. The role offers a comprehensive relocation package and a strong emphasis on collaboration with business and technology leaders to translate strategy into scalable technology solutions.

You will guide standards, target-state planning, and governance, while mentoring teams and influencing decisions across product, engineering, and operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise architecture, tech strategy, or senior leadership.
• 2+ years of people leadership or matrix leadership experience.
• Experience shaping architecture across business, application, integration, and platform domains.
• Experience building architecture roadmaps, reference architectures, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and advance a long-term enterprise architecture vision aligned with business strategy.
• Establish principles, standards, reusable patterns, and governance across environments.
• Translate goals into capability maps, value streams, and actionable roadmaps.
• Provide architectural leadership across major domains such as digital commerce, customer engagement, or supply chain.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to evaluate priorities, risks, and long-term value.
• Mentor architects and ensure architectural intent throughout execution.
