Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Associate / Manager to join our Enterprise Data Advisory practice, supporting finance transformation initiatives across enterprise data platforms. This remote role partners with senior leaders to move from report-ready data to decision-ready, AI-governed data across finance, data, and technology.

You will help modernize financial reporting, improve data governance, and enable automation across systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workiva, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in consulting, finance transformation or data advisory.
• Experience with ERP/EPM/BI reporting environments.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, close processes and reporting structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance data transformation engagements and drive data readiness.
• Translate complex environments into executive-ready insights.
• Design and support integration across ERP, reporting tools and cloud platforms.
• Develop governance, risk, and control frameworks for finance data.
