Job summary

Bain & Company seeks a senior Cyber Security Architect to define and govern security architectures across cloud, identity, data, and AI platforms. You will work with business and technology leaders to balance innovation with risk, shaping secure, resilient enterprise solutions.

This role requires guiding executive stakeholders, mentoring teams, and embedding security into transformation programs while traveling regionally as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cyber security, including security architecture and leadership roles.
• Design and deliver enterprise security architectures across hybrid, cloud, and legacy environments.
• Strong ability to translate risks into business outcomes for senior stakeholders.
• Experience with threat modelling and secure-by-design principles in large programs.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise security, cloud, and identity architectures aligned with client outcomes and risk appetite.
• Advise CISOs and senior leaders on security strategy, architecture decisions, and trade-offs.
• Enable transformation by embedding security into large-scale programs and MVP delivery.
• Advance Bain’s reputation through thought leadership and cross-client collaboration.
