Job summary

You will drive modernization roadmaps, advise senior executives, and ensure governance across transformation programs. Deep FS domain experience and cloud/AI depth are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of architecture and technology leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in Financial Services architecture preferred.
• Proven advisory track to senior business and technology leaders.
• Fluency with cloud-native and AI-enabled architectures.
• Strong communication and influencing skills; able to bridge business strategy and technology.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise, solution, and data architecture strategies for clients.
• Lead architecture roadmaps and reference models enabling modernization.
• Advise CIOs/CTOs and senior leaders on strategic decisions and trade-offs.
• Guide transformation programs with governance and risk management.
• Contribute to Bain’s IP and client proposals with architecture expertise.
