Job summary

Bain & Company is seeking a seasoned cyber security architecture leader to define and govern security architectures across cloud, identity, data, and enterprise platforms. You will partner with CISOs, CIOs, and senior executives to shape security strategies and transformation programs in a global consulting context.

You will guide large-scale modernization initiatives, embed secure-by-design principles, and drive governance for risk and compliance across hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cyber security, including security architecture, consulting, and leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise, security, cloud, and identity architectures that align with client business outcomes and risk appetite.
• Develop security strategies, target architectures, roadmaps and operating models for secure modernization and cloud adoption.
• Translate complex security and business requirements into pragmatic architectures and implementation roadmaps.
• Lead security architecture across hybrid environments, balancing legacy modernization with cloud-native and Zero Trust principles.
• Assess, select, and integrate security technologies and cloud capabilities (AWS, Azure, GCP) into enterprise architectures to maximize value while reducing risk.
• Apply threat modelling methodologies to identify architectural risks early and design resilient controls.
• Advise senior leaders on cyber security strategy, architecture decisions, and technology trade-offs.
• Bridge business priorities, regulatory requirements, and security architecture to enable innovation while managing enterprise risk.
• Guide Bain teams in embedding security architecture into large-scale transformation programs.
• Contribute to Bain’s reputation through thought leadership on cyber security architecture and Zero Trust.
