Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise CS, software adoption, or related roles.
• Experience managing high-value enterprise customers ($1M–$10M+).
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Proactively align with internal teams on customers' priorities and map key relationships.
• Develop and execute customer success plans aligned to transformation objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Partners, and Architecture to drive outcomes for each customer.
• Guide customers through change management to scale adoption and value realization.
• Provide insights to shape product/roadmap and create reusable success playbooks.
