Job summary

Pendo's Customer Engineering team is the technical backbone of the pre- and post-sales customer motion. As a Senior Customer Engineer, you own strategic Enterprise accounts across acquisition, implementation, adoption, expansion, and escalation.

You lead technical strategy for complex deployments, resolve ambiguous customer challenges, and partner closely with account teams to drive retention, expansion, and customer value. This is a remote role supporting a West Coast territory.

Qualifications

• Experience leading pre-sales motions with enterprise customers.
• Proven ability to plan complex deployments and drive value.
• Strong communication with executives and multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for strategic customers including planning and implementation.
• Deliver tailored demos and workshops to demonstrate value.
• Identify expansion opportunities and guide adoption of features.
• Act as escalation point for technical challenges with Product/Engineering when needed.
• Create playbooks and share learnings across the team.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with Account Directors.
