Pendo is seeking a Senior Customer Engineer to own strategic Enterprise accounts across acquisition, implementation, adoption, expansion, and escalation. You will lead the technical strategy for complex deployments and partner with account teams to drive retention and value.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years in a customer-facing technical role such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Customer Engineering, or similar.
• Deep hands-on experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs).
• Experience managing strategic Enterprise accounts with executive stakeholders and complex requirements.
• Hands-on use of AI tools integrated into day-to-day work.

Responsabilités

• Lead pre-sales motions with Account Directors for new customers and expansions, delivering tailored demos and requirements gathering.
• Own onboarding for strategic customers, including planning, implementation, integrations, and training.
• Identify opportunities to expand adoption and connect technical work to measurable business outcomes.
• Serve as escalation point for complex technical challenges and coordinate with Product/Engineering when needed.
• Build playbooks and coach peers to improve team effectiveness and create reusable workflows.
