LocalStack, a leading local cloud development platform, is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of accounts and drive value from onboarding through renewal.

You will onboard new customers, guide them from basic to advanced usage (CI integration, Cloud Pods), identify opportunities across teams, and collaborate with TAM, AE and Product to improve playbooks and KPIs. Remote-friendly, global team, competitive compensation.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in Customer Success or account management at a SaaS company.
• 2+ years managing enterprise clients.
• Experience managing a book of 20-30 accounts.
• Led renewals through procurement end to end with pricing discussions.
• Familiar with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and developer tooling concepts.

Aufgaben

• Maintain GRR >90% across their book, with renewals forecast accurately.
• Take on a full book of accounts and onboard new customers quickly.
• Move customers from basic to advanced usage (CI integration, Cloud Pods).
• Grow accounts by identifying new teams and use cases and driving adoption.
• Run each account with a clear success plan, in sync with TAM, AE and Product.
