Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success or account management at a SaaS company (5+ years).
• 2+ years managing enterprise clients and leading renewals end to end.
• Technically curious, familiar with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and developer tooling.

Responsibilities

• Maintain GRR >90% and ensure renewals are forecast accurately.
• Manage a book of 20-30 enterprise accounts and onboard new customers.
• Drive adoption from basic to advanced usage like CI integration and Cloud Pods.
