Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for Point of Sale & Back of House to own relationships with our largest enterprise restaurant customers.

You will build account plans, lead executive reviews, track health and adoption, and coordinate cross-functional PAR teams to drive value, retention and growth.

This remote role covers several US states and requires proven enterprise relationship management, strategic thinking, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role within SaaS or enterprise software.
• Experience in restaurant technology strongly preferred, with retail or hospitality tech backgrounds considered.
• Track record of owning complex, strategic enterprise relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience building relationships with executive-level customers and leading meaningful business reviews.
• Ability to translate customer goals into strategic account plans that drive value, retention and growth.

Responsibilities

• Be the strategic partner for a portfolio of large enterprise restaurant customers across the lifecycle.
• Build account plans around customer goals, priorities, and blockers, and mobilize PAR teams to progress.
• Lead Quarterly and Executive Business Reviews with senior stakeholders across Operations, IT, and Finance.
• Track customer health, adoption and usage to identify opportunities and address renewal risk.
• Navigate cross-functional challenges by coordinating Support, Professional Services, Product and Engineering.
• Identify expansion opportunities across locations, modules, and products with Sales.
• Own renewal forecasting, account health, and stakeholder mapping.
• Become a trusted PAR expert on POS and back-office solutions for restaurant operations.
• Provide voice of the customer feedback to help PAR improve.
