PAR Technology Corporation is seeking a Director of Enterprise Customer Success to own and grow relationships with large enterprise restaurant customers. In this remote role, you will partner with Sales, Support, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering to drive measurable value and strategic account plans across PAR’s POS and back-office solutions.

Formación

4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar in SaaS or enterprise software.
Experience with restaurant technology preferred.
Ability to build executive-level relationships and lead business reviews.
Ability to translate customer goals into strategic account plans driving value, retention, and growth.
Strong understanding of POS, payments, and back-office environments.

Responsabilidades

Develop account plans around customer goals and coordinate PAR teams to progress.
Lead Quarterly and Executive Business Reviews with senior stakeholders.
Monitor health, adoption, and usage to identify opportunities and mitigate renewal risk.
Navigate complex challenges by coordinating Support, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering.
Identify expansion opportunities across locations and modules.
Own renewal forecasting and stakeholder mapping.
Advocate for the voice of the customer to drive product improvements.
