Sigma Computing is a cloud-based analytics and BI platform seeking a Customer Success Manager in New York to ensure enterprise customers maximize value, improve retention, and achieve adoption goals.

You will build strong executive relationships, guide analytics usage, coordinate with product teams, and lead training sessions and workshops to drive net revenue retention and growth. This on-site role offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in SaaS, analytics or BI roles.
• Experience with enterprise customers and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong data-driven problem solving and SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic relationships with executive sponsors and plan aligned with business goals.
• Identify upsell opportunities and mitigate churn to improve net dollar retention.
• Guide platform use, deliver training and workshops.
• Advocate for product improvements with the Sigma team.
• Develop success plans and drive adoption and retention.
