Job summary

CloudIngest INC seeks a Senior Transformation Leader to drive the business side of enterprise CRM initiatives, guiding requirements, operating-model changes, readiness, and adoption to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role requires partnering with SVP/VP/Director-level leaders across Sales, Customer Service, Billing/Finance and Operations to align priorities and achieve end-to-end customer journeys. Experience in regulated industries such as insurance/financial services is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading the business side of at least one major enterprise CRM or technology-enabled transformation, covering requirements, operating-model change, readiness, adoption and business outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience integrating multiple business functions such as Sales, Customer Service, Billing/Finance and Operations, including end-to-end customer journeys, processes, hand-offs, controls and performance measures.
• Significant senior experience in insurance, financial services or another regulated customer-service environment, with practical understanding of operational risk, controls, compliance and customer outcomes. Direct insurance experience should be strongly preferred for Hiscox.
• Proven ability to work with SVP/VP/Director-level business and technology leaders, resolve competing priorities and drive cross-functional decisions without relying on direct reporting authority.
• Demonstrated experience taking transformation beyond implementation into business readiness, change adoption, operational performance and measurable benefits, including defining baselines/KPIs, identifying accountable business owners and tracking outcomes after go-live.
