Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent experience in IT or engineering fields.
• Experience leading technical teams and service domains.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, firewalls, WAN, and cloud connectivity.
• Experience with IT service governance, change control, and incident leadership.
• Ability to align technology with business priorities and user needs.

Responsibilities

• Own service delivery and operational performance for enterprise connectivity services.
• Directly manage connectivity engineers and leads; set expectations for delivery and growth.
• Oversee workload, on-call models, and service continuity planning.
• Lead performance management, coaching, and evaluations.
• Partner with infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and support teams for coordinated delivery.
