Job summary

Valid8 Financial, Inc. seeks a Senior Communications Advisor to translate priorities into compelling, executive-level communications. You will counsel senior leaders, craft speeches, talking points, and organizational announcements, and guide enterprise messaging alignment across the company.

You will partner with Marketing & Communications to manage change communications, thought leadership initiatives, and high-visibility campaigns while maintaining brand consistency and strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in strategic or executive communications.
• Experience advising executives and senior leaders on messaging and reputation.
• Experience developing communications strategies for enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Strong writing skills for speeches, talking points, briefs, and announcements.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive counsel on messaging, timing, and delivery at high visibility events.
• Lead enterprise communications planning and coordinate cross-functional messaging.
• Develop internal and external communications for organizational change and initiatives.
• Shape brand voice and manage governance of digital and communications content.
