SymphonyAI Financial Services is seeking a senior Client Engagement Manager to own a portfolio of strategic customer engagements across adoption, value realisation, expansion, and renewal. You’ll coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product and Professional Services to shape engagement strategy and deliver measurable outcomes.

You’ll build executive relationships, guide delivery across cross-functional teams, and create scalable practices that improve customer experience and commercial results.

Competenze

• 10+ years in customer success, consulting or project management.
• Experience driving adoption, value realization, expansion and renewal.
• Portfolio leadership with accountability for engagements and outcomes.
• Commercial management including bookings, revenue, margins, budgets and forecasts.
• Executive stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Strong programme and project leadership with governance milestones.
• Experience shaping services engagements to fixed-scope or value-aligned outcomes.
• Knowledge of data, analytics, AI or financial services solutions.
• Experience with SaaS and on-premise delivery models.
