You will coach peers, tell compelling stories, and craft creative strategies that drive creator marketing programs across verticals. You will own the full sales cycle, collaborating with product, marketing, and success teams to deliver tailored influencer solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, specifically in influencer marketing, media sales, or adjacent fields.
- Strong network of existing relationships with Fortune 500 brands and media agencies.
- Proven track record of selling large contracts and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions for clients.
- A mentor and leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brands and agencies across verticals to foster long-term partnerships and drive revenue growth.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, pitching, and securing new business opportunities within assigned territory.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing complex deals.
- Collaborate with Product, Client Success, Marketing, and Strategy teams to design integrated influencer marketing solutions.
- Showcase and demonstrate the platform to empower clients’ campaigns with measurable results.
- Manage pipelines and forecasting with precision to consistently hit sales targets.
- Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to adapt strategies.
- Provide thought leadership and represent the company at events as a strategic advisor.
- Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to team development.
