The role requires 8–10+ years of cross-functional change management, strong storytelling, and the ability to govern adoption, readiness, and sustainment across global teams.

Qualifikationen

• 8–10+ years leading large-scale organizational change.
• Experience independently leading change delivery for enterprise programs.
• Experience integrating change into program plans and readiness decisions.
• Global or geographically distributed teams experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications or related field.
