Job summary

Equinix, a world-leading digital infrastructure company, is seeking an Enterprise Change Management Sr. Manager in Dallas to lead change for major programs. You will analyze stakeholders, craft narratives, enable adoption, and sustain outcomes across global teams.

You will partner with Change Directors and program leaders to identify risks, align governance, and drive readiness, adoption and business impact in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years leading large-scale cross-functional organizational change or transformation programs.
• Experience delivering change for a program, workstream or region with senior leadership.
• Ability to integrate change activity into program plans and governance.
• Proven ability to produce stakeholder analyses, change narratives and adoption measures.
• Ability to translate AI and emerging tech into business outcomes.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support integrated change strategy and planning.
• Define and lead change delivery for assigned programs and workstreams.
• Sequence change activity with program scope, milestones and readiness needs.
• Identify risks and dependencies; drive mitigation and governance.
• Deliver stakeholder analyses, leadership support and sponsorship tactics.
• Create change narratives and executive-ready insights and recommendations.
• Coach sponsors and leaders to own change; drive adoption and sustainment.
• Measure adoption and ensure value realization across scope.
