Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Sr. Capture Manager to lead strategic growth for major enterprise pursuits. You will guide consultative sales, coordinate multidisciplinary teams globally, and ensure disciplined pursuit governance throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires deep experience in business development strategy, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering value propositions to clients across markets. Hybrid work options are available with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and extensive experience, including at a Director/Vice President level.
• At least 12 years of related experience, including 4 years of leadership experience in business development strategy and team management.
• Proven ability to deliver sales metrics and develop compelling value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Win major pursuits as the consultative sales process leader, contributing strategy and sales leadership to win strategies.
• Direct discovery, pre-positioning, differentiation, and delivery strategies for major programs with clients and partners.
• Analyze competitive landscapes to refine strategies and drive growth.
• Coordinate with marketing to execute campaigns and ensure Go/No-Go rigor.
