Job summary

TD SYNNEX in the United States seeks a Sr. Business Development Manager (IBM-SW) to lead the IBM Software Data & Automation portfolio for the CCA Organization.

You will define growth strategy, enable partners, generate demand, and align IBM capabilities with customer needs to convert pipeline into profitable results. The role offers exposure to portfolio growth, partner development, demand generation, and cross-functional collaboration across TD SYNNEX and IBM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years in product management, B2B tech sales, or channel management.
• Bilingual English-Spanish for vendor communications and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the portfolio business plan aligned with IBM strategic priorities.
• Manage full portfolio lifecycle: market analysis, positioning, pricing, forecasting, pipeline, profitability.
• Recruit and develop channel partners to expand market coverage.
• Drive demand-generation via campaigns, events, workshops, and enablement.
• Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline and accelerate conversions.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, presales, IBM, and partners on customer value props.
• Translate capabilities across Data & AI, automation, integration, observability into business use cases.
• Develop enablement plans for partners and commercial teams.
• Monitor KPIs and present results with risks and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with IBM on programs, incentives, launches and objectives.
